Community | Partnership | Identity | Dialogue

We started with a belief.

The belief that if we paused to really listen to one another, we could begin to dismantle the systems that strip away our humanity or tell us that our authentic selves are not enough. So we started listening to colleagues and peers who were willing to share themselves with us and with all of you. When we listened we heard nuanced versions of similar themes and we also heard ideas and perspectives we had never considered before. We compiled those learnings into our first course: CuPID for the Health Sciences. From that experience we learned that every person, every school, every community has their own story to tell.

So we’re on a mission to listen to them all and to reiterate this simple fact...
You ARE enough.

The Courses

The CuPID project is a collection of asynchronous courses, offered to everyone, that asks learners to consider their own identities and positionality within systems like higher education or healthcare as context for examining concepts such as oppression, equity, and community building.
